Getting Started

Dentists nationwide can shop at TDSC.com – no membership required. For dentists who provide proof of membership with their State Dental Association, their account is recognized as a Very Important Practice (VIP) customer. Dentists verified with VIP customer status can enjoy added savings with TDSC.com.

TDSC.com is also open to dental students who can shop for dental supplies. Some exclusions may apply. Orders placed by dental resellers will be canceled.

You can browse all dental supplies and small equipment available on TDSC.com. To access the full shopping experience online you must Create an Account and sign in to our website to:

  • View prices and TDSC savings
  • Check product availability
  • View delivery timeframes
  • Build shopping lists
  • Apply promotions and coupons
  • Place and manage orders

We invite all dentists to shop and save on our website. If you are new to TDSC.com, membership in organized dentistry associations is not required to shop on TDSC.com. However, if you are an active member with your State Dental Association, you can become a VIP Customer. Dentists active in organized dentistry can get additional savings by taking advantage of our VIP Trial Offer.

By submitting your ADA number with TDSC.com, you will be moved from Customer to a Trial Customer, receiving VIP Pricing instantly. Within the next 90-days we will verify your membership with your State Dental Association.

As soon as your membership in organized dentistry is verified, your status will reflect you are a VIP Customer.

There is no additional cost or requirements to Start a VIP Trial. You simply provide your ADA number for verification.

You can take advantage of the VIP Trial Offer quickly and easily. If you do not have a TDSC.com account yet, Sign Up. While you set up Your Account, include your ADA number in the sign up form to automatically start the VIP Trial.

Your Account

Sign in to update your password at any time. Select Your Account from the main menu above. There you will find Privacy & Settings with the option to Reset Your Password.

Go to Sign In. Select “Forgot password?” Enter the email address used with Your Account and select Submit. Instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you at the email address on your account.

If you are unable to reset your password, you can also call TDSC customer care at (888) 253-1223.

Contact TDSC customer care at (888) 253-1223 to update your dental license information on file under Your Account.

Contact TDSC customer care at (888) 253-1223 to change the email address you use to sign in to TDSC.com.

Yes, you can add additional email addresses to your online account with TDSC.com. Sign in and select the menu for Your Account at the top of the screen. Under Privacy & Settings select Email. Under your listed Primary Email Address there is a Add Email link. Select Add Email. You will then be able to add additional email addresses. You can also remove email addresses to keep your account up-to-date.

You can enjoy added savings across our website if you are a member of your local State Dental Association. By submitting your ADA number, you can get VIP pricing for 90-days while TDSC validates your membership.

We welcome all dentists to shop and save on TDSC.com. What makes TDSC.com unique is direct access to savings on dental supplies and small equipment for independent dental practices and additional savings for members of organized dentistry. TDSC.com is proud to serve State Dental Association members in all 50 states.

Most U.S. dentists and dental students, regardless of their membership status, have an ADA number, which also functions as your User ID on the ADA website.

Visit the ADA website to retrieve your ADA number. You will need your primary email associated with your ADA account for retrieval.

Your orders will be fulfilled by Henry Schein’s vast distribution network for items that are in stock. Drop ship items ship directly from the manufacturer.

Due to continued supply chain challenges that started with the onset of the COVID-19 global pandemic, we continue to have restrictions on select items. Every product with a restriction has detailed information on their product detail page. Availability and order quantity restrictions may vary with frequency.

TDSC Savings means you get savings every day to help you and your practice. TDSC Savings are calculated to show what you save when shopping on TDSC.com and the percentage of savings you receive off of the strikethrough price listed on our product detail pages. You will see your TDSC Savings while shopping and will be reflected at check out on your purchases.

Membership in organized dentistry associations is not required to shop on TDSC.com.

VIP Price is the price customers will pay if they have provided their ADA number and have been verified with TDSC as a member of a State Dental Association. Our VIP Price gives added savings to members of State Dental Associations.

The VIP Price is for verified members of organized dentistry. You must submit your ADA number on our website to start receiving the VIP Price as a Trial Customer. Once we verify you are an active member of your State Dental Association, you can then receive additional TDSC savings across our website as a VIP Customer.

Check with your State Dental Association to see how you can become a member. The benefits of being a member of organized dentistry includes special added savings on TDSC.com.


Shopping, Orders, and Order Status

Contact TDSC customer care team at (888) 253-1223 weekdays (excluding state and federal holidays) between 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM PT. You can also email support@tdsc.com.

If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email from TDSC.com notifying you with a new estimated delivery date.

To keep our product prices low and still offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more, a flat-rate Service Fee of $3.99 per order was implemented on January 4, 2023. This Service Fee partially offsets surcharges imposed by our shipping partners.

Create a shopping list in the Saved Lists section found under Your Account. Select Create List and follow the prompts. You can also create a list during the checkout process.

Purchasing and Payments

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and PayPal Credit.

As of February 14, 2022 TDSC.com charges credit cards and PayPal accounts when items in your order ship from our distribution centers. We will no longer be charging credit cards or PayPal accounts for the order total upon checkout. Once you receive confirmation of your order, you will see an authorization hold for the entire order amount on your credit card or PayPal account. The authorization hold will fall off as items in your order ship.

TDSC.com may charge your credit card or PayPal account multiple times if products in your order ship at different times or from different distribution centers. The authorization hold will fall off as items in your order ship.

Once you receive confirmation of your order, an authorization hold for the entire amount will be placed on your credit card or PayPal account. Orders that contain multiple items may ship from different distribution centers and arrive separately.

You will be charged as items ship, and you will see separate charges for each shipment. These are not additional charges, and your order total remains the same. The authorization hold will fall off as items ship. Additional authorizations may be necessary to verify that the funds remain available if there is a delay from your order date to our shipping date.


Return Policy and Cancellations

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Visit your Order History or Order Details to start a return.
  2. Select the item(s), quantity, and reason for return. Please note: if an item is ineligible for return, it is noted on the product detail page and within the Product Returns process.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm your return request.
  4. Instructions with next steps will be provided upon confirmation of submission.
  5. After submission, you can track the status of your return within your Order History.

Request for return authorization (RMA) can be made within 30 days from the day of your purchase. You can get a full credit or refund, providing the product meets the return criteria seen below.

  • Shipping charges will apply on all returns, except for defective or mis-shipped items
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the RMA document and reason for return
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original container, unmarked, and properly packaged
  • Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date to issue credit

Exceptions – the following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:

  • Opened handpieces, small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment
  • Special order items (products that we do not ordinarily stock)
  • Hazardous/flammable materials
  • Expired products
  • Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer
  • Any item marked non-returnable
  • Items to be shipped and stored frozen
  • Any drop-shipped products

Defective or mis-shipped items:

  • All mis-shipped or defective items are eligible for a full refund
  • TDSC will cover the return shipping cost
  • You will be refunded once the product has been returned and approved

Pharmaceutical product disclaimer:

Please note that, in order to comply with Federal and State traceability requirements, prescription drugs may be returned providing that the following key elements are met:

1. Returns of prescription drugs will only be accepted if TDSC is notified within 30 calendar days of shipment date and valid return authorization is issued by TDSC.com.
2. Customer returning prescription drugs to complete and return a Prescription Drug Return Authorization form that will be provided by TDSC customer care representative.
3. No credit will be issued for any returned prescription drug that was not authorized as explained here, have been tampered with, are expired or where the labeling has been tampered in any way.

Returns must be in the original, unmarked, unopened/sealed package with a copy of the original invoice for a full credit or refund. Any defective product can be returned for a full credit or refund.

Items must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your return merchandise authorization (RMA). Once your return has arrived, allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive email notification of return completion and refund confirmation.

Orders are processed quickly with a very short window for changes or cancellations. If you need to cancel your order, call us immediately after placing your order at (888) 253-1223.

If we are unable to cancel your order, you can refuse the order upon delivery or return any unwanted items.


Shipping and Delivery Estimates

A flat shipping rate of $9 applies for orders under $99. All orders over $99 ship for free – at no cost to you.

There is no minimum order size. However, we do recommend consolidating orders to make shopping more efficient.

All orders for stocked items will be processed within one-business day. Next-day delivery is provided for over 95% of line items, dependent on inventory levels and time of order placement. Orders may ship from separate locations and may arrive at different times. Please refer to product detail pages for delivery estimates and exclusions. Orders for non-stocked items will be processed in one-business day and will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.

We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes or any other mailbox services. All deliveries must be made to your physical office address directly.

We make every effort to ship items together; however, we may need to split your order into multiple shipments depending upon product availability. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately.

You will receive one Box Content List with all the items that will be shipped to you even if it is arriving in multiple shipments.

Order updates are automatically sent to your email addresses on file, including order and shipping confirmations. You can also view the status in your order history located in Your Account menu.

Orders for most in stock items will be delivered next-day. Exclusions apply. Next-day delivery is provided for over 95% of line items, dependent on inventory levels and time of order placement. Orders may ship from separate locations and may arrive at different times. Please refer to product detail pages for delivery estimates and exclusions.
