Dr. Pedro Cuartas was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. In 1996, he received is B.S. degree from Loyola University and graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2000. In addition to his general dental practice, he has also developed a special interest in sleep apnea, sleep breathing disorders, TMJ, orthodontics, and implant dentistry.
